Richardson log homes completed a full exterior restoration on our log homes. These homes had not been maintained for 25 years. Lance and his crew blasted, repaired and stained the homes. Thank you so much for the wonderfully informational consultation! We had a few concerns with doing our own log home maintenance so I reached out to a few log home construction places online. Mrs. Richardson responded in just a few hours and Mr. Richardson came out for a consultation same day. Not only did he reassure us that our concerns were an easy maintenance 'fix', but that the rest of our log home was in great condition. He spent some time giving us detailed information and the steps in order of what we should do to take care of the home ourselves along with what products to use and where to buy them. Lance Richardson and his team transformed the exterior of my log home. I originally met with Lance for a home inspection prior to purchase. The owner had done NO upkeep on the home in 12 plus years. As a result the home had developed dry rot and was in serious need of proper exterior upkeep. After I purchased the home, I had 2 additional estimates on the cost(s) to complete the repairs. Lance's estimate was the only one received that was detailed and clear; the other 2 were confusing and somewhat vague allowing room for add-on costs. Additionally, as a single woman, it is important to me to have workers that I can trust. The Richardson team was professional but friendly and a pleasure to have in my home and to work with. I highly recommend the Richardson Log Home team.
